Project Fernando

You've probably been to an agency that felt like an assembly line. You walked in, filled out paperwork, spoke with someone for 50 minutes, and left with a prescription or a follow-up appointment. Maybe it helped. Maybe it didn't. Either way, nobody asked you what you actually needed.

We built Project Fernando because that model is broken.

Mental health treatment shouldn't be something that happens to you. It should be built around you — your history, your goals, the life you're actually living. That means we don't hand you a diagnosis and send you on your way. We sit with you, figure out what's going on, and build a plan that makes sense for your situation.

Here's what makes us different. We don't pick one approach and force everyone through it. We pull from the best available research — evidence-based practices, clinical innovation, and faith-based practices.

Our team doesn't work in silos. Everyone is on the same page because that's what good care looks like — people working together around one person instead of passing a chart down a hallway.

Mental health care has been doing the bare minimum for too long. We're here to raise the bar — not with buzzwords, but with better treatment.
